Scranton, Lackawanna PA Murder Case News: Three 17 year old teens are facing second degree murder charges due to the death of a police officer. The circumstances are unusual in that the officer jumped over a wall during a foot chase and fell 15 feet. He sustained major injuries and died the next day. Will the second degree murder charges stick?
